RETURN POLICY

Strung racket is strictly not allowed for refund & return. 

Customer may only apply for refund and/or return of the product in the following circumstances: – 

  • The product has not been received by customer; 
  • The product received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories); 
  • REXCOOL has delivered a product that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour and etc.) to customer; 
  • The product received has physical damage (e.g. zip malfunction, racket crack and etc.) 

Return within 14 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the REXCOOL online website (www.rexcoolsports.com) and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Example : If you received the product(s) on 1 March, please return the product(s) by shipping it to our warehouse by 14 March. Do note that REXCOOL will not be liable for any loss or damage of the return package and/or product(s) handled by customer’s preferred courier company. 

Exchange product(s) must be returned in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels, unuse, unworn and unwashed. Exchange is strictly subject to the stocks availability. Any shoes returned must be returned in their original box with tags.  

  • For exchanges to product(s) of equivalent or lower price, no refunds will be given. 
  • For exchanges to product(s) of a higher price, customer will be required to pay the difference. 
  • Exchange policy is granted for 1 time only for each transaction.
  • REXCOOL reserves the right to deny the exchange if the product(s) returned is not in accordance with our Return Policy. 

Customer will only be refunded after REXCOOL has received the returned item in accordance with our Return Policy. The refund will be made to customer’s original mode of payment.
