Terms & Conditions
- By participating in the lucky draw, each participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The lucky draw is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above at the time of entry.
- Entry submission ends on 11th November 2025
- 1 Entry for every purchase of 1X Rexcool Grip or 1X Rexcool T Shirt
- Participants must submit their entry via the dedicated form provided by REXCOOL.
- Participants must retain proof of purchase for each qualifying entry. Proof of purchase must be provided upon request. Failure to provide proof of purchase will result in disqualification.
- There is no limit to the number of entries per participant. The more entries a participant has, the higher their chances of winning.
- The prizes for Grand Prize & First Prize winner are transferable to immediate family members ONLY if winner aged is below minimum driving age. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
- The winners shall bear responsibility for any additional expenses associated with prize ownership, including but not limited to costs associated with registration fees, insurance, road tax and/or other charges associated with claiming and owning the vehicle.
- Prizes must be collected in person at designated time & venue as determined by REXCOOL.
- The winners will be selected via online random live-draw. All participants’ entry from all sales channel will be consolidated into a single pool.
- The winners will be contacted via the contact details provided during entry submission after winner selection is complete.
- The winner will be required to respond to notifications within one (1) day of contact via call and WhatsApp. If no response is received, REXCOOL reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate participant.
- Winner will be required to provide proof of purchase and identification during prizes collection.
- By participating in the lucky draw, each participant hereby grants REXCOOL a royalty-free, irrevocable license to use their name, image, likeness, and any submitted information in connection with their entry, interviews, responses, and photographs, for marketing and promotional purposes across any media. Participants hereby waive any right to further notice, consent, or compensation for such use.
- REXCOOL shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any participant arising from or in connection with their participation in the lucky draw or arising from the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
- REXCOOL reserves the absolute discretion to amend, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the lucky draw at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion that, the lucky draw is not capable of being conducted as planned due to any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond REXCOOL reasonable control that could corrupt or impair the integrity of the lucky draw.
- REXCOOL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice, and such amendments shall become effective immediately upon announcing on our social media platforms. Continued participation in the lucky draw constitutes acceptance of such amendments.
- REXCOOL reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these Terms or engaging in behaviour that undermines the fair operation of the lucky draw.
